The highest authority of the Bioitza Association is the Assembly of Members. This Assembly elects by vote a Board of Directors made up of 6 people for a period of 2 years. The Board of Directors is responsible for organizing and directing the work plans of the Association aimed at achieving its goals.



To execute the work plans, there is an Executive Directorate, which, as indicated, has the power to execute the work plans. Under the Directorate, coordination is organized for the development of the different activities of the Association, which are the following:


a) Productive projects unit (Medicinal plants, Spanish School, wood and non-wood products, among others)

b) Protection, Control and Surveillance Unit

c) Social and Cultural Projects Unit

d) Administrative-Financial Unit

Management and Cooperation Unit
